Service Description

Residential End of Lease Cleaning Checklist An End of Lease is a Deep Clean Service with these included: General Areas (Entrance, Hallways, Living & Bedrooms): -Dust and wipe doors, frames, handles, switches, power points, skirting boards and vents -Vacuum carpets thoroughly (edges included); spot clean visible marks -Clean wardrobes, cupboards and drawers (inside & out) -Remove light wall marks where possible -Clean internal windows, tracks and frames -Dust accessible light fittings, ceiling fans and remove cobwebs Kitchen: -Clean benchtops, splashbacks and tiled areas -Clean cupboards and drawers (inside, outside & tops) -Deep clean oven (inside/out, racks, trays, grill & glass) -Clean stovetop, knobs, rangehood and filters -Clean microwave (inside & out, if supplied) -Clean sink, taps and drain to a streak-free finish -Wipe exterior of fridge & dishwasher (internal clean if empty/requested) Bathrooms & Toilets: -Descale and clean shower screens, tiles, grout and fixtures -Clean cupboards and drawers (inside & out) -Wipe exhaust fans, vents and switches -Vacuum and mop floors, including behind doors Laundry: -Clean sink, taps and splashback -Wipe cupboards, shelves and doors (inside & out) -Clean exterior of washer/dryer (interior on request) Windows & Details: -Clean internal windows, tracks and frames (where accessible) -Clean sliding door tracks -Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners Outdoor Areas (if applicable): -Sweep/blow balconies, patios and entry areas -Remove surface cobwebs -Sweep garage (no rubbish removal) Optional Add-Ons (Quoted Separately): -External window cleaning -Carpet steam cleaning -Blind cleaning (roller/venetian) -Appliance interior deep cleans Bond-Back Call-Back Policy One free call-back covered if issues are reported within 24–48 hours of the clean Additional requests are billed accordingly Report issues with photos to 0408 789 856 or alex@hvnlyhygiene.com.au
