Office Cleaning Checklist Reception and common areas Dust all surfaces, including desks, benches, ledges and skirting boards. Wipe doors, handles, light switches and high‑touch points. Clean internal glass doors and partitions where reachable. Empty all bins and replace liners (upon request) Vacuum all floors and mop hard floors. Workstations and offices Dust desks, shelves, window sills and other surfaces (paperwork left in place). Wipe phones, keyboards and mouse surfaces if cleared by client. Vacuum floors including under and around desks where accessible. Meeting and board rooms Dust and wipe tables, chairs and sideboards. Wipe touch points on doors, remotes and switches. Clean internal glass and presentation boards (whiteboards if requested). Vacuum or mop floors. Kitchens and break rooms Clean benchtops, splashbacks and tiled surfaces. Wipe exterior of cupboards, drawers, fridge, dishwasher and other appliances. Clean inside microwave. Clean sinks and taps; polish to a streak‑free finish. Wipe tables, chairs and high‑touch points. Empty bins and replace liners Vacuum and mop floors. Bathrooms and toilets Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals and sanitary bins’ exterior. Clean and disinfect basins, taps, benches and splashbacks. Clean mirrors to a streak‑free finish. Refill consumables (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels) if supplied. Wipe doors, partitions, handles and light switches. Vacuum and mop floors with disinfectant solution. Corridors, stairs and shared spaces Dust skirting boards, ledges and handrails. Wipe light switches and high‑touch points. Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors. Periodic/deep clean options for offices High dusting of vents, tops of cupboards and hard‑to‑reach areas. Detailed window and glass cleaning (internal/external where accessible). Machine scrub or strip and seal of hard floors. Carpet steam cleaning and spot treatment. Detailed kitchen appliance clean (inside fridge/dishwasher). Spot clean marks on walls and partitions where possible.
